If you travel more than once or twice a year, you know how overwhelming it can be to keep up with all the information for a trip.

If you are like us, and travel full-time, it can be enough to make you give up traveling!

After spending our first year using so many different resources to keep track of all the information we found we needed, we knew we needed a simpler method. But after browsing planners online and in stores, I couldn’t find one that had everything I was looking for. So we designed one!

Our Travel Planner is a unique planner designed for RVers that travel often to have everything they need in one location–that also conveniently fits into a glove box, purse or backpack!

The front section has a place for important information like membership numbers and vehicle specifications so we can find them quickly, followed by important numbers like passes, roadside assistance, insurance and medical contacts.

Behind that, you’ll find a Year-at-a-Glance section to write your “big rocks”–those events in life you have to plan everything else around. Then in the month by month section, the monthly view groups weekends together, and has a section to log your reservation information, park details and things you want to do in the area. The end of every month section also has a place for budgeting and tracking expenses.

In the back section you’ll find a helpful list of maintenance reminders and record keeping, mileage tracking, a starter checklist for travel days, a list of holidays for the year, and some extra reservation pages, in case it’s a busy month. And you can find many of these on our Printables page if you need extra copies!

We’ve been producing these since 2023, using them for ourselves and making them available to fellow RVers and the feedback has been the same–it is a convenient tool for travelers to have in hand!

While we’ve had many people ask about an app or digital version, we have found that many places we travel may be away from service, which would make it inconvenient, maybe even stressful for you! That may be something we do eventually, but for now, this book meets our needs and keeps the focus on the destinations and experiences, exactly the way we like it.
